2010 has been a whirlwind year for our family, and it is almost hard to believe that Nicole and I just celebrated our six month anniversary! I have very much enjoyed my time blogging with So You’re Engayged, but it is officially time to say goodbye. I hope that you have all enjoyed our adventure leading up to the wedding, and my many DIY tutorials.

When we sent out our invitations we sent one out to President Obama. I had read that if you send the President an invite you will get back a letter of congratulations. Some of my favorite photos from our big day are the detail shots. We had a LOT of DIY projects for our wedding, and these photos really highlight all of our hard work! So I thought in addition to sharing these beautiful photos with you I would also link you to the tutorials I created. The above photo is one of my favorites! It shows off the beautiful damask silk-screened tie that we gave to all of our male attendants. Check out how we made it HERE.

My shoes! I had them dyed to match the sash on my dress.
